What Causes Headache,dizziness And Cold Despite Being Diagnosed With Crohn's Disease?

Hello, my boyfriend has been complaining about his head hurting along with muffled hearing, being lightheaded when he stands up and now having a cold and sneezing a lot. What could be wrong with him? He has crohns disease but doesn't think its anything to do with that.
