What Causes Headache,dizzy Spells And Blurred Vision?

I ve been getting headaches when I wake in the morning and during the day, I have dizzy spells which last under 30 sec, I get whooshing in my ears. My optician noticed my optic nerve had a blurred line in my right eye and has referred me to hospital which I m now waiting on! Would like to know what could be wrong! Starting to worry something is terribly wrong!
