What Causes Headache,extreme Body Ache And Joints Pain?

I am a 28 years old male. I have been having a headache since Wednesday, yesterday afternoon I started feeling extreme body ache and joints pain. It got so bad that I had to go to ER. Blood test and Urine did not reveal anything so I was told that it must have been something viral. Only after I got back home I realized that overnight I had a third testicle .
