What Causes Headache,fatigue And Lightheadedness?

I have been suffering from headaches, feeling sick, tired and light headed for the past couple of days. Whats wrong with me?! Ive had this before - early december - and it lasted a few weeks and then went away. Im slightly worried that ive got a serious illness of some sort? What is it? and what can i do to prevent/stop it?
