What Causes Headache,hot Flashes And Visual Snow?

I keep getting really warm flashes, horrible headaches, visual snow and I feel dizzy and tired most of the time. At first I thought it was dehydration, so I've been drinking a lot, but that doesn't seem to have helped, I'm also having problems sleeping properly, and I don't feel the need to use the bathroom a lot. What could be wrong?
