What Causes Headache,lower Back Pain And Swelling Of Liver?

we had intercourse a week ago today. used a condom and it didn't break or anything. but we are a little concerned. a week ago i started to get headaches, i feel tired, i have an achey lower back, and i've been peeing just a bit more than usual i went to the doctors today and she got 3 blood samples taken and a urine test. bad headaches and bad allergies run through the family. and when i went to the doctors today, i had all the symptoms of mono, including a swollen liver, except a sore throat. another possible problem would be diabetes. that's what the doctor said. but the results came back negative for both. nothing showed up in the blood tests

would i start feeling pregnancy symptoms less than a week or a week after intercourse? please don't tell me that i need to take a pregnancy test and such. i already know that. but i just want to see what other opinions are on the situation and what other people think. please help! thank you
