What Causes Headache,nose Bleeds And Blocked Nose?

Recently I have been getting nose bleeds and the feeling that my nose is constantly blocked, been getting headaches, Im very tired all the time and have achey joints especially my knees and feeling nauseus and my stomach feels bruised and over the last 48 hours been feeling very rough and have had a temperature . Its been going on a few weeks now. Any advice greatly received.
