What Causes Headaches After Having Meals?

i am 28 years old male. after dinner & lunch I have a bad headache. generally after 2 hours of taking those, problem arise. a sour substance fill the mouth & excessive thurst is present. headache continue for 45 minutes. is this a problem of hyper acidity?
