What Causes Headaches After Switching From Adizem To Lisinopril?

Since my doctor has changed my Adizem XL 300mg blood pressure tablets to 10mg Lisinopril I have been suffering from coital headaches from the base of the neck to the top of thee head. Should this be a cause of concern. The pain diminishes after a few minutes. Thank you
