What Causes Headaches Along With Black Spots In Eyes?

I fell pretty hard about a week ago and hit the back of my head on a cement wall. Besides a headache for that day I as fine. This morning I woke up and have two black dots in my left eyes vision. Should I go to the ER? Or will it pass?

Also I'm 35 weeks pregnant.
