What Causes Headaches Along With Bleeding In Mouth?

I ve had a long stressing day today...bit of a headache..ate one time today...its 10:30 and I feel this soggy squishy thing inside my mouth and instead of swallowing I stick my finger inside kind of drag it out and find a blood clot... Is this normal???... My lips feel a bit dry.. It feels like I have bit of fever...and I have this bloody flavor in my mouth... Its weird... What is it??
