What Causes Headaches Along With Body Pains In A Child?

My 12 year old daughter has been having headaches and back aches for over four months. Her orthodontist mentioned he thought he saw some of her neck bones were kind of out of place when he did a 3D scan of her head. Now she has been having incontinence problems (doesn't feel the sensation that tells her she needs to go and can't feel herself peeing). Could they all be symptoms of the same thing?
