What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness And Vomiting?

Hi doctor... I am a 22 year old lady. I am having a severe headache and having dizziness since last 2 months. I am also facing vomiting almost daily... Sometimes it feels like pin on my finger tips.. Once I had a check up for dengue, at that time igg was positive 125 and Igm was negative... I am having a dose of different antibiotics since many days. I showed to many doctors.. And every doctor treats me with different doses of medicines... Since this 2 months I am feeling fatigue and I am unable to recover from my illness.. My neck also get stiff sometimes. My hand pains sometimes from wrist to Palm region and same in legs also. Sometimes I feel pressurize on my knees
