What Causes Headaches Along With Dizzy Spells And Tiredness?

I get headaches and a upset stomach daily. I also get dizzy spells and am always tired. In addition to that, I get cold very easily, sometimes I get so cold that my hands turn white and I cannot feel I fingers or toes. Do you know what could be wrong?
