What Causes Headaches Along With Fatigue And Pain In Stomach And Breast?

Hello. For the past month or two I have been having headaches, fatigue, little cramps in my lower stomach and severe breast soreness, to the point where it hurts for my nipples to touch my bra. I am nauseous at times and very moody. I do have poly-cystic ovaries and have taken a pregnancy test about a month and a half ago that came back negative. I m wondering if you have suggestions on what could be causing this? Im not missing any periods
