What Causes Headaches Along With Sensitivity To Light?

Hi! I've been getting head aches everyday. Sometimes it's from the lighting in a room. (Ive always had this) But lately sometimes they feel like my hair is being pulled on. I'll have my hair in a loose pony, or have put it down and still feels like it's in the tightest pony ever. Any ideas or suggestions?
