What Causes Headaches Along With Soap Taste In Mouth?

I have had a severe headache now for almost 48 hours. No amount of ibuprofen yesterday and Aleve today has cut the pain at all. Also slept a lot yesterday and again today. The pain is very much in the front of my head. I have been able to eat some but always a little on the verge of feeling like I could throw up. In addition today, all of a sudden I have the taste of soap or perfume in my mouth. I have never had this kind of headache before.
