What Causes Headaches Along With Tingling Sensation In Body?

I have been going back and forth for months to dr and still no answers I am have a lot of diff probs bad headaches, numbness, tingling, shocking sensations, pins and needles sensations, dropping things , falling , having trouble controlling my bladder ,and I am drained all the time no matter how much sleep I get have been told I have fibromialga but not sure if that explains everything plz help
