What Causes Headaches And Breathlessness During Pregnancy?

Hello, i recently got pregnant and am about almost 2 months pregnant and I m not hungry at all, frequent headaches and i feel like there is a build up in my throat and its kinda hard to breath. also feels like I m getting like flu sick, what should i do or what can i do to help that is safe for baby
