What Causes Headaches And Cramping In The Mid Of Menstruation Cycle?

I'm a 24 year old female. For about a week and a half I have been experiencing being queasy, mostly at night and right after i eat; I have been have numerous of headache and cramping but my period isn't due for another 11 days. These symptoms are all new to me so could I be pregnant?
