What Causes Headaches And Dizziness After Taking Modus10?

i have been bleeding for last 15 days after 10 months for the first time after delivering first baby i m advised to take Modus10 twice daily to stop bleeding.however after taking it for 2 days bleeding stopped but i m having headache,dizziness from the day i started taking it.

shall i continue to take it or stop now and take some alternate medicine
