What Causes Headaches And Dizziness By Sleeping Late At Night?

HI im only 15 and nothing out of the ordinary has happened to me, the only thing is 2 nights i've been going to bed at 12 and my normal bedtime is 10. I have a weird headache thing, it literally feels like someone is blowing up a ballon in my head, or like your head feels wen you hang upside down. While this is occuring i feel dizzy and it feels like my body is moving faster than my brain (slow mode). IT goes away and comes back and i really don't know wat it is. Im 100% sure its not allergies. Please HELP!!!
