What Causes Headaches And Heavy Bleeding During Periods?

I have been having really bad headaches and heavy bleeding with alot of clotting and bad cramps in my lower stomach and back the past few periods I have had I m 35 is this normal? I can barely leave my home the first 3-4 days I come on and usually on for 5-6 days please any helpful advice.
