What Causes Headaches And Pain At The Back Of Head?

I just had an MRI of the head about 4 or 5 days ago. My reason for the visit I believe was vertigo but i was still concerned. My main symptoms have gone away but I still have a constant headache and slightly weird sensation in the back of my head. My eyes also feel like they have slight pressure on them. Could anything serious like a tumor or cancer appear that soon after an MRI?
