What Causes Headaches And Stomach Pain After Injury?

My daughter was at a freinds house and they were tumbling , she hit her head on the floor. She got a severe headache then stomache . When I picked her up as we were leaving she vomited then as soon as we got home she has been sleeping 2hours. Should I be concerned or wake her?
