What Causes Headaches And Stomach Pains?

I suffer from bad headaches and stomach pains that seem to fluctuate between constipation and diarrhea. Although i am usually able to carry on with the headache just being a minor irritation there are times when the headaches are so severe that i feel as though I have been hit with a hammer and my right eye feels as though it is going to explode.
