What Causes Headaches, Back Pain, Knee Stiffness And Tingling Sensation In Legs?

I have been noticing that I have been experiencing balance issues, chronic headaches (several years) upper and lower back pain, knee stiffness and a tingling sensation in my legs. I am always fatigued even when I get 8-9 hours of sleep a night. I have a family history of fibromyalgia and was wondering if I could have the condition? I have problems with anxiety as well. Last month I had blood work at my job and it was all within normal limits.
