What Causes Headaches, Blurred Vision Along With Numbness In Thumb And Lips?

Hi, I get really bad head aches as well as pain in my neck. Then my eyes start getting blurry and my thumb and and lips or taung goes numb. I also have trouble speaking, I know what I want to say but have trouble getting the words out. And I get very emotional when I have the episode I cry for no reason. Please help thank you
