What Causes Headaches, Constipation And Sudden Elevation Of Glucose Levels?

Umm i have been having headaches since october, constipation which started around that time which would last for 2 weeks and passing stool causes me to shiver really badly i have been given anema and meds but they dont work, could this be a serious underlying problem, and i also had my glucose levels rise upto 230 once in the past few months though it had remained below 120 after that
