What Causes Headaches, Dizziness And Black Marks Around Eyes?

i have had headaches and dizzyness for two weeks off and on, now i have black marks around my eyes (more on each side of nose) next to eyes, i have not had a bump or accident. I feel very lazy and irritable? do you have any idea what this could possibily be?
