What Causes Headaches, Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

I have been ill for the past month it started with me passing out, being sick, dizziness, dehydration, tiredness,weak, i have lost 10pounds because of being ill etc... And since then I have stopped being sick and passing out but i have had blurred vision in my right eye, headaches, earaches also i feel like im withdrawn and im losing my concentration quickly when i have my headaches, I am having trouble sleeping aswell, I am still feeling dizzy. I have been to the doctors and have had blood,stool,urine tests done all came back negative for illnesses, the doctor thinks i may have post viral but i feel like im getting worse can you suggest anything
