What Causes Headaches, Earache And Severe Pain In Back Of Neck?

i have vertigo ive had it for ten years, been having headaches latly. and pains in my head and ear and back of eyes. right arm completly numb at nite mostly. severe pain in back of neck. i do have gastrointestinal pain. i had helicobacter plyori a few months ago. my period was two weeks late a few times.
