What Causes Headaches, Fluttering In Chest And Hot Face?

I have always had migraines, but am now having different headaches. After reading they are in line with cluster headaches. But they are also accompanied by heart burn, sometimes my chest flutters and my face gets really hot. Should I worry? Been going on for about 5 days.
