What Causes Headaches Followed By A Rash Spreading To Forehead?

I have had a mild headache for the last three days and have developed a rash that started on the top of my head and is now spreading to the left side of my forehead to my eyebrow. This is also the same area of the headache. It does not itch but the whole left side of my scalp and left temple are tender.
