What Causes Headaches Followed By Heartburn And Lethargy?

Good afternoon. Saturday afternoon I got a headache, took 2 asprins, got heartburn so I ate some edamame then I started feeling even worse...just lethargic then I started to get dizzy - the dizzyness lasted about 10 hours. I went to bed but had to get up twice in the middle of the night and I was still dizzy. Woke up the next a.m. ok? No symptoms since...any ideas?
