What Causes Headaches Followed By Right Eye Pain And Stiff Neck?

I gave birth five days ago and started to have Headaches yesterday they Over my right eye and i have a stiff neck also on right side. I have taken tylenol 3 and it dont help neither does excedrin tention.Is this more of a sinus problem or is it hormonal changes? I did have an epidural.
