What Causes Headaches In Both Temples?

ive been having really really bad temple headaches on both sides,they dont happen while im sleeping,ive tryed tylenol,ive tryed caffenine,i dont wear glasses,and i hardly ever get headaches so can u please tell me what it cud be-today it started making me kinda sick to my stomach-ive been more tired then usual
