What Causes Headaches, Lower Back Pain Along With Sciatica Pain?

My daughter (33) was in a car accident 4 months ago, that hit her from behind, she was told had whiplash. Now she has so much pain from 2 herniated discs in cervical area C-5-C-6 and C-6-C-7 and 2 bulging discs in L1-L2 that she has headaches, low back pain down the right sciatic nerve area.
Note: She had mild scoliosis that I was told when she was in middle school with no problems whatsoever.

Right thoracic scoliosis measures 25 degrees T-4-T-10, apex T-7-T-8. Muscle relaxers have not helped, x-rays show no fractures, MRI shows early degenerative disc disease at C-5-C-6 and C-6-C-7 with hypolordosis. HELP!?
