What Causes Headaches, Nausea And Tiredness?

I always have headaches and nausea and i stay tired all the time. My primary has run blood work, urine and even an MRI and found nothing. I KNOW SOMETHNG IS WRONG! What else can I tell him to test me for? What should I do? I'm tired of being sick all the time.
