What Causes Headaches, Nausea, Chills And Muscle Aches?

I am 35, female and have had a severe headache for 3 days (like a brain freeze that extends for an hour or more) it can be dormant most if the day, then upon standing from sit or bending over to upright) more in the evening, it pounds/pulsates pain. Along with it I have felt nausea with no vomiting, chills and joint and muscle aches which seem to happen when the headache does. Tylenol helps but not a lot. Ibuprofen 800mg seems better. I am currently taking Atenolol 50mg for tachycardia, Vitamin D supplements for low levels and Omeprazole for reflux. History of gallstones without much symptom. Could this be a virus? Migraine? Gallbladder? Sinus/Ear? I have been around a couple people with sore throat/aches but I don t have a sore throat or gland swelling or much sinus stuff but if I cough to clear my throat or talk loudly it gives me an instant headache.
