What Causes Headaches On Movements?

I have a headache that comes on whenever im walking or moving alot. It is the whole right side of my head. I become woozy like im going to fall out and i see alot of spots not stars like my eyes start hurting and I can hear my heartbeat in my right ear. if i turn my head a different way it lightens up.
