What Causes Headaches, Stiffness In Neck And Dizziness?

for months now i have had lightheadedness with feeling sick most of the time stiff neck ,headaches the dissyness bothers me a lot feel so weak stops me from doing day 2 day things iam 39 years old ive had a ct scan no results yet blood test no results yet,doctor said it was basalar mirgraine and treated me with beatblockers .also get flashing lights in eyes athough not had these for a bit was thinking maybe its my neck thats giving me these heads ,or sinus ears cant stand it anymore its on my mine all day soon as i get up which dosent help .i have a curved spine which i had rods inserted at age 13 years ,dissyness so bad sometimes scare 2 go out feel like going 2 fall over which then makes me sick
