What Causes Headaches, Stomach Cramps And Bruises In Stomach And Legs?

I havent been feeling myself for a few weeks now, i had a funny turn the other week and ive been experiencing headaches, stomach cramps and now i have some bruises on my legs and one on my stomach which have came from nowhere. I'm only 18 and dont know if anythings wrong?
