What Causes Headaches, Swooshing Sound In Ears And Pounding In Heart?

Mid january, 2015, i have head pain, swooshing in ears, pounding and heartbeat sounds in head, tingling in head and neon light sensation in head. Gone to emergency, had ct scan brain; primary care dr., MEA clinic. Pain still here, constantly. Scan showed negative; antibiotics not helping;antivert meds, no help...Help, I get restless, nervous and panicky...Can you help me, Dr.?
