What Causes Headaches, Tender/swollen Breast And Irregular Spotting While Having Mirena IUD?

Trying to determine the cause of my strange symptoms. I think it is a mirena IUD I have had for over a year. Headackes, swollen tender breast, light irregular spotting (but light cycles), lately tender cervix, fluttering feeling (could be gas, but feels like the same feeling I had with my last two pregnancies;\ Are these mirena symptoms?
