Hello. I am on day 3 of not feeling well. I have had severe pressure headaches, and throbbing and pain in my temples. day one I had vomiting and diarrehea. day two no vomiting or diahrrehea. day three nasaue and light diarrhea. with weakness and pain in my neck. what is going on?
