What Causes Headaches, Tiredness, Missed Periods And Extreme Exhaustion?

I am 61 years old and had a pallet implanted to stop the hot flashes and end up getting endometrial hyperplasia. I hadn't had a period in 5 years or so. Now I do. I did not take the progesterone as prescribed by my physician because it said it could cause cancer. I am currently under doctor's care now taking medroxyprogesterone for 3 months to thin the lining of the uterus. I had the D & C and had an ablation removed. My question is should have menstrual period at all, mild head aches, tiredness, discomfort in my chest and stomach and extreme exhaustion?
