What Causes Headaches, Vomiting, Dizziness And Memory Loss After Spinal Tap Procedure?

I got meningitis and coxsackievirus in October and they did a spinal tap on me and from there everything went down hill. I get really bad headaches that make me vomit and I also get very dizzy and have memory loss and pain on the back where they did the Spinal Tap. The pain is so bad that it brings me to tears! It s been 6 months already why am I still feeling this way ??
