What Causes Headaches, Vomiting, Dizziness And Tiredness?

I have marina coil fitted and have had for over a year, this last week i have had severe headaches, sickness, dizziness, flushes, indigestion, tiredness. Im concerned i may be pregnant? i have just had a period, although this was the first in quite a long time? or could it just be a virus?there is alot going round?
