What Causes Headaches When Suffering From Seasonal Allergies?

My bp is around 120-140 and 85-96. I am on bp meds as well. Last month r so I've been having head achs that come and go threw out the day not bad ache but enough to notice them. I also have seasonal allergys and just started my med for that could it be to me just being stuffed up.
